The route leads through the areas of the Podkarpackie Roztocze. This time, the tour will pass through Ruda and Huta Różaniecka. Exploring these locations means, above all, getting to know the local nature. Both locations are surrounded by dense forests. If you want an adventure in nature, this is the route for you!
The proposed trip is a short recreational loop through the Solska Forest, with the start and finish in Ruda Różaniecka. Along the route, you will come across a complex of ponds where the best fish in the area are bred. You will ride mainly on gravel and asphalt roads with little car traffic. The route will pass peacefully.
We encourage everyone to discover the nature of Roztocze from the seat of a bicycle; the path is straightforward and enjoyable.
Practical advices
Although this route is not demanding, it is worth preparing for it properly, so that nothing surprises you at any point. Start with the most important thing, which is your helmet. A good helmet is essential for your safety. Take care also of proper lighting, both front and rear. In addition to bike lights, equip your bike with reflectors so that you are highly visible on the road.
What else is worth taking with you on a trip? Make sure to pack a sweatshirt or a rail jacket in your backpack, in case the weather changes. It is also a good idea to bring snacks to give you energy during the trip. Protein bars or energy mousses work well.
If you plan to take visit the attractions along the route, you will need to leave your bike behind in some places. To make sure it is still there after the tour, be sure to bring a bike safety device such as a U-Lock or any bicycle lock.

You can start your route from the Dębowy Dwór leisure complex. This is a good place to leave your car. The building is located in a picturesque setting. It is surrounded by forests and ponds. Near the complex, there is also an artificially created island and a sandy beach.
The establishment of Ruda Różaniecka was connected with the construction of a metallurgical plant in the area in the 17th century. Today, the village is known for its Palace and Park complex and a complex of fish ponds. It is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts.
Drive through the centre of the village, circling the aforementioned ponds from the south. On the way, you will pass the cemetery. Gradually, you will go deeper into the forest. A little further on, the asphalt road gives way to a gravel and stone road, which you will follow for the next few kilometres.
When you reach a crossroads, turn right towards Huta Różaniecka. Continue along the asphalt road to the south. On the way, you will pass the Cztery Stawy bar.
