Practical advices
A route with a moderate level of difficulty will allow you to test your fitness. Remember that the terrain has a huge impact on how many kilometres you can cover. Trails on flat roads are less strenuous than those on hills or mountain roads.
Planning a group trip? Match the route to the fitness of the weakest participant.
A helmet and light clothing made of breathable materials will be essential for safety and comfort on the route. Other than that, only put on the essentials. Heavy luggage will make your ride more difficult. Also, think about what you will carry the necessary items in. We suggest a backpack or panniers for your bike.
Be prepared for possible breakdowns on the route. It is a good idea to carry the most important tools for a quick fix, such as inner tubes or patches, a pump or a multi-tool. Make sure you have enough water and food, as well as navigation equipment.
Is it looking like a warm and sunny day? Remember sunscreen and sunglasses. If you are planning sightseeing or other activities along the route, a bike lock will also be very useful. Before you leave, carefully examine your route for the trip. Consider whether your skills and equipment are adequate for the level of difficulty of the route.

Dynów is a good starting point for this route. There is a MOR point (Biker Service Area) where you can leave your car. The start of the route runs along the San River. After about one kilometre, cross the bridge over the river and turn left.
The loop through the Pogórze Przemyskie Landscape Park follows the red cycle trail. You will need to use a map, as the marking in the field is quite poor. Ahead of you is the first ascent to the village of Pawłokoma.
- 2Pawłokoma5.4 kmPawłokoma
In this village, you can see the remains of the former Greek Catholic Tserkva. It dates from 1909 but was demolished in the 1960s. Today, all that is left of it is a brick bell tower.
Continue along the border of the San valley towards the ferry crossing and then the new bridge.

At this stage of the route, you are faced with an uphill ride. You pass the next village - Sielnica.
- 4Dylągówka13.6 kmDylągówka
In this village, you will find the Neo-Romanesque Church of St Sophia. It is worth paying attention to the altar, which dates back to 1700.
Leaving Dylągówka, you start a steep descent along a gravel road into the valley of the Kruszelnica creek. On the way, you will come across a rest area. Turn right, pass the camping site and from there take the asphalt road to Dąbrówka Starzeńska.

As you drive through the village, look out for its historic wooden buildings.
When you reach the main road, turn right. Before the crossroads, you will find the next MOR point (Biker Service Area) on the route.
In Dąbrówka, it is also worth stopping for a moment at the ruins of the Stadnicki Family Castle. These are located in a large park. It is a good place to rest and learn about the interesting history of the Stadnicki family.
The last part of the route is ahead of you. It leads along a rather busy road (partly with a separate path for bicycles).
- 6Dynów27 kmDynów
You reach the bridge you crossed at the beginning of the loop. This means that you are approaching the end of your cycling trip. However, it is still worth staying in Dynów and stopping at the market square to see the characteristic small-town architecture. You can admire charming small-town houses, the statue of Władysław Jagiełło or St. Lawrence Church. It is also a good place to regenerate after a journey and taste regional dishes. From the bridge, you will reach the market square via regional road no. 835, or more precisely, Piłsudskiego Street.
