The palace and park complex in Tyczyn
The 19th-century palace complex impresses with its eclectic façade, combining Baroque and Gothic in`luences. The portal framed by two towers with a terrace and 5 arcades, as well as the corresponding size of the balcony on the `irst `loor, create an impression of perfect symmetry and lightness. This is further deepened by decorative windows and pilasters at the folds of the walls of the octagonal towers. The interior has an interesting amphitheatre layout, with doors aligned in a single line. The hall was created as an open room, with a mezzanine leading to the rooms on the `irst `loor. The original decor of the rooms has been preserved only in the form of wooden elements, including the remains of the furniture. The ornament of the residence, now a high school, is the Italian-style park.
