Ruins of the Tarnowski's Wooden Manor in Trześń
Although one might pass by it indifferently, the manor in Trześń bears historical significance. Erected around the mid-19th century, it was built on the site of previous similar structures. It is a typical small Polish noble manor, single-story, symmetrical, with a spacious portico supported by two pairs of columns. The subtle wooden decorations on the edge of the pediment are noteworthy. Its current condition is due to floods that significantly inundated and damaged the monument. The previous building, which was demolished due to its poor condition, hosted Prince Józef Poniatowski in 1809 during the Battle of Gorzyce and Wrzawy, accompanied by his young aide-de-camp, Aleksander Fredro.
