In a newly restored 19th-century complex, there is the "Babinicz" restaurant, which will delight all guests hungry for regional flavors – both residents of Rzeszów and tourists. Experienced chefs have prepared a menu here that is really hard to pass indifferently. Cauliflower cream, salmon trout fillet, deer haunch, or quail with chestnut mousse are just a few of the items offered by the local cuisine. And for those who would like to try something even more unique, there is a special tasting menu, which can consist of 5 or 7 selected dishes, also in a vegetarian version.
