Manor complex in Cieszanów
A mansion decaying with dignity
Manor complex in Cieszanów
Adjacent to the recreational reservoir in Ciesznów, there are the ruins of a 19th-century manor house and a large park of around 6 hectares. Built at the beginning of the century of steam and electricity and renovated at the end of it, it is now completely dilapidated. However, the architectural layout of the Polish manor house is still visible; symmetrical, single-storey, with a prominent portico with a balcony on a single arcade supported by 4 columns. The mansard roof, which covered the usable attic, no longer exists. Only the cellars with sailing vaults have survived.
