"Płyty" Bathing Site on Osława in Zagórz
Osława is a river known mainly for its geological plate outcrops that form the Podkarpackie region. They are visible both on the banks, as dirtless and vegetation-free cliffs showing shale rocks, and on the relatively shallow riverbed. The bathing site in Zagórz is an excellent place for geological observations as it showcases river boulders washed by the swift current. At this spot, a ford reinforced with plates also runs across the river, where one can walk without injuring their feet or drive a car to the other bank. Near the bathing site, you will also find a chapel carved into a tree trunk for fishermen.
