The church complex in Świątkowa Mała is situated on a low hill, accessed via modest stairs with a roofed gate of a post structure. The church showcases typical Greek Catholic wooden architecture of the Carpathian foothills. Built in 1762, the church features a tripartite division, with each section topped by a dome, four-sloped roofs, and a post-structure tower above the vestibule. The facade and small towers are ornately decorated - some elements were painted. Inside, notable artifacts include a rich iconostasis from 1670, though it is not entirely preserved as parts were stolen in the 1970s. Among other interesting elements is an icon depicting the Last Judgment from 1653.
