The excellent scenic beauty of the hills near the village of Czarnorzeki, extending into the Czarnorzecko-Strzyżowski Landscape Park, prompted the commune authorities to erect a lookout tower on one of them. The structure not only fulfils this role but also hosts an exhibition of photographs of the area inside. The three-storey tower has a masonry construction and its stone foundation draws on regional building traditions. The observation deck provides information about the buildings visible in the distance. Tourist facilities have been extended all around.
