Roman Catholic Church of St. Lawrence in Radymno

The parish itself was established in Radymno, an important point on the Lviv-Krakow route, in the Middle Ages. However, it received a new church in 1730. This Baroque church has a massive front and a three-nave structure with side aisles half the height of the main nave. Inside, the richly decorated interior stands out. The opulence of the Baroque altar with a cross in place of an image in the central field and two similar side altars with images is striking. The wall stucco is intricate – pilasters are topped with Ionic capitals, and the wall polychromy lacks figurative or geometric motifs. In front of the church stands a screen bell tower with three bells.
