Wooden Pearl of Architecture and a Trace of History
Roman Catholic Church from the second half of the 19th century in Dąbrowica
The founders of the chapel, the Czartoryski family from Sieniawa, built it in the second half of the 19th century on the site of the currently used church, former Church of St. Michael the Archangel. Due to the plans to build this beautiful temple, it was moved to the outskirts, where it stands today. It is a simple single-nave construction with a separate chancel, a side entrance, and a small sacristy. The entire structure was made of wood and boarded up. The roof is crowned with a signature with a small dome. In the 21st century, the temple was renovated, incorporating it into the Dąbrowica-Słoboda "Traces of the Past" tourist route.
