A place where you should try traditional Polish cuisine dishes.

"Pod Semaforem" Inn

In Bachórz near Dynów, in a very picturesque and history-rich area, there is "Karczma pod Semaforem" - a place where it is worth trying traditional Polish cuisine dishes. Lunch should start with a warm soup, preferably żurek dynowski with sausage, bacon, mushrooms, and egg. Main courses follow, including cutlets, zrazy, baked pork knuckle, and tempting dishes straight from the grill. Also noteworthy are homemade dumplings, especially the borderland ones with buckwheat and mushrooms, and in the summer, those with aromatic fruits. The culmination of such a traditional meal must undoubtedly be a tasty dessert, like warm apple pie with ice cream and whipped cream. After such a meal, everyone will have the strength to set off on a long walk on one of the local trails.
