Former Greek Catholic tserkva of Nativity of the Mother of God in Stubienko
Since the Ukrainian population was displaced, the temple has not functioned in the original rite in which it was built in 1849. It was first used as a grain storehouse for 30 years before being taken over by the Catholic Church. After years of deterioration and conversion, however, it bears clear Orthodox characteristics. The main one is the tripartite construction and the turrets crowning the roof. Also typical are the 20th-century polychromes covering the interior, with figural and ornamental types. Unfortunately, the original iconostasis was moved to the church in Mokre village.
